Beautiful Borders at Moxie Fab World

Moxie Fab World is hosting a challenge all about using borders in paper crafted projects.  It's the Beautiful Borders Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. In light of the upcoming 4th of July holiday, I decided to theme my card in the traditional red, white and blue.
